I had the opportunity to work with Google twice during my time at EchoUser. Unfortunately, due to confidentiality reasons, I am unable to post my process and work publicly on my portfolio.
Internal, complex projects
Product Quality Operations
I worked on the internal Google Content Review tool to make it faster and more efficient for reviewers and analysts to use in reviewing content on Google properties that have been flagged. My colleague and I created medium-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, and conducted usability tests to inform our designs.
The re-designs of the tool are currently being implemented at Google.
Ads & Commerce UX
I worked with the Sales, Management, and Support team on Google’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. Over $59 billion is closed through this platform each year and it is used internally by more than 10,000 employees. I led the design on the Tasks feature, by creating initial concepts to medium-fidelity wireframes/prototypes, in an agile environment with researchers, PMs, and engineering. This featured was launched in February 2015.
